Our Journey
All the feelings inside
Bring the surroundings
Of the endless hope we dream of.
Night after night,
Towering over the cities
We take in the glimpse;
The truth.
And when the dawn awakes
Shining its new life upon our souls,
We look past the pain,
The lies,
And the hate,
Realizing the joy;
The true happiness
Hidden behind the mask.
Reeling in the fresh air
And Awaking to
The sight of our joyful,
Free life ahead.
With no regrets of the past,
Taking each stride
Without reservations
We venture out to the new journey
We have only just begun.
